C.P.E. Production Oy, a protective clothing company based in Forssa, Finland, acquires the entire share capital of Foxa Oy. Foxa Oy is a developer and manufacturer of workwear and military fabrics with the widest product range in the market.
Foxa Oy's business will continue unchanged and the acquisition will have no impact on employees or customers. Johanna Rämö will continue as CEO of the company. Foxa Oy's founder and principal owner Jukka Sipilä is satisfied with the solution. ''It is important for us that the operations continue in Forssa and that the new owner has the will and ability to invest in the company's growth. The addition of CPE will bring stronger resources for the development of new products and internationalisation,'' Sipilä says.
Foxa Oy is the Nordic leader in technical fabrics and knitwear, and the acquisition will strengthen C.P.E. Production Oy's textile expertise. "The acquisition is a natural continuation of the long-standing co-operation between our companies. Through Foxa, we can streamline our material sourcing and we will have a truly high level of textile expertise to support C.P.E.Production, which will help us to further develop C.P.E. 's products.
